Welcome to LamoeCrochet! Thank you for supporting our handmade crochet business. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Handmade Products

All LamoeCrochet items are handmade with care. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in stitching, shape, texture, and colour may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process.

Product descriptions, photographs, sizes, materials, and colours will be provided as accurately as possible.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be confirmed by LamoeCrochet before production begins.

Prices will be displayed in Jamaican dollars (JMD), US dollars (USD), or both, as indicated on the product listing.

Customers must confirm the final price, payment method, production time, and delivery charges before an order is accepted.

Production will begin once any required payment or deposit has been received and the order details are confirmed.

Customers will receive confirmation of their order and payment.

3. Custom Orders and Measurements

LamoeCrochet accepts custom orders for selected crochet clothing, bikinis, dresses, bags, and accessories.

Customers must provide accurate measurements using the measurement form provided.

Measurements must be entered using the selected unit: inches or centimetres.

Customers are responsible for checking their measurements before submitting an order.

We may contact customers to clarify measurements or design details before confirming a custom order.

Custom orders will only proceed after the design, measurements, price, and estimated completion date have been agreed.

Changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or a revised completion date.

Customers should review their measurements carefully, as inaccurate measurements may affect the final fit.

4. Deposits and Custom-Order Payments

A deposit of 50% may be required before work begins on a custom order.

The deposit amount and remaining balance will be communicated before payment.

Any deposit, cancellation, and refund arrangements will be explained and agreed upon before production begins.

No additional charges will be applied without informing the customer.

5. Production and Processing Times

Ready-made items are subject to availability. Custom-made pieces require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.

An estimated completion date will be communicated when the order is confirmed. If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery fees are separate from product prices unless stated otherwise.

Local delivery and collection options will be confirmed before payment.

International shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before an order is dispatched.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by their destination country.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Tracking details will be shared when available.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed order, please contact LamoeCrochet promptly with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For change-of-mind requests and cancellations, for custom-made products, please contact us to discuss the circumstances and applicable policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to change or cancel an order.

Requests will be assessed based on the order status, materials purchased, and work already completed. Any applicable cancellation charges or refund arrangements will be communicated in advance.

Where a customer requests changes after production has started, additional costs or delays may apply.

9. Product Care

Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each item. Depending on the yarn and construction, this may include gentle handwashing, avoiding harsh chemicals, reshaping carefully, and drying flat.

LamoeCrochet cannot guarantee that an item will retain its original shape if it is cared for contrary to the supplied instructions.

10. Privacy and Personal Measurements

Customer information, including contact details, delivery information, and body measurements, will be collected only for appropriate purposes such as processing orders, creating custom pieces, arranging delivery, and providing customer service.

We will take reasonable steps to protect customer information and will not use personal measurements for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or consent.

Customer measurements and photographs will not be shared publicly for promotional purposes without the necessary permission.
